4-star cliff-top hotel with private beach access in Sorrento
Location & Views
Grand Hotel Riviera sits on a cliff top above the Gulf of Naples, 500 metres from Sorrento's main square. Its gardens and terraces have panoramic views of the coastline and Mount Vesuvius. Local buses stop near the hotel, and the Amalfi Coast and Positano are nearby attractions.
Private Beach & Pool
An elevator takes guests down from the cliff top to a secluded private beach with sun loungers, changing rooms, showers and a bar. The outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by palms and eucalyptus trees, has a pool bar, and faces the sea and Mount Vesuvius. The property also has a snack bar, solarium and outdoor hot tub.
Dining & Entertainment
Three on-site restaurants serve local and international cuisine, and an American bar with a grand piano offers drinks. A lounge with a huge sea-view terrace hosts live music and entertainment events. A rich buffet breakfast with fresh-baked local products is served from 07:00 until 10:00.
Weddings & Events
Gala halls with large terraces overlook the sea and host weddings and banquets. Specialized wedding services include personalized menu options for each event. Meeting and banquet facilities are available for private functions.
Rooms & Family Services
Junior suites with ocean views are available, and family rooms accommodate groups travelling with children. Babysitting and child services, kids' meals, and board games and puzzles are offered on-site. Valet parking, an electric vehicle charging station, and car hire are available, while the tour desk can arrange scuba-diving and boat rental.
